Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Manovella. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing your Order
    An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

  2. Shipment Processing Time
    Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
    After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days.
    We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. However, most orders will ship within 1-2 days.
    Please note we observe all Australian & Victorian public holidays. No orders are processed or shipped on these days.

  3. Shipment Locations
    - Australia & New Zealand
    Currently Manovella ships within Australia and New Zealand only. For all other international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

  4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
    We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

(a) Australia:
A majority of our national orders are dispatched using Australia Post, although Manovella reserve the right to use other postal/courier services where they see fit.

Standard Post orders will generally arrive to our customers within 2-8 business days once shipped. We also offer an Express Post option. The costs for this service are calculated automatically upon checkout based off your shipping location, and sizes/weights of the items being purchased. Express Post orders will generally arrive to our customers within 1-5 business days once shipped. (Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.)

Standard Shipping costs are $10.00 for all orders under $200, or free for all orders over $200.    

(b) New Zealand:
A majority of our international orders are dispatched using Australia Post, but Manovella reserve the right to use other postal/courier services where they see fit. 

We offer both Standard and Express Post services. Standard Post orders will generally arrive to our New Zealand friends within 7-14 business days. Express Post orders will generally arrive to our customers within 6-12 business days. The costs for each service is calculated automatically upon checkout based off your shipping location, and sizes/weights of the items being purchased. (Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.)

  1. Tracking Options
    Manovella aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

  2. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
    Any customs/duties/taxes will need to be covered by the recipient of the parcel. Manovella is not liable to cover these costs for any international orders.

    For our New Zealand customers, please be aware that if your order is over $1,000 NZD you will be required to pay GST to your customs agency.

  3. Damages
    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@manovelladesign.com.

  4. Missing or Lost Package
    There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Manovella politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at sales@manovelladesign.com to report missing or lost packages.
