Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $200. For orders under this amount, standard shipping is $10. We also offer express post which is calculated upon checkout depending on your location and the items purchased.

Currently we post a majority of our orders with Australia Post, but also use various couriers for some bulkier/heavier parcels. If you have a preference between these services please let us know when placing your order.

Yes. Upon checkout you will be provided with the option to choose either Standard or Express Post. Express Post costs are calculated using the weight of the products in your cart and the shipping address you provide.

All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcels journey. As a general rule we like to say Standard Post can be anywhere between 2-8 business days, and Express Post between 1-4 business days (depending on your location).

At this stage we ship to New Zealand and Australia only. If you aren't located in either of these countries but are desperate to get your hands on our products, please email us at sales@manovelladesign.com and we can put together a custom shipping quote for you.

As we don't currently have a showroom, we are unable to offer a pick up service. We do however dispatch orders super fast, so you won't be waiting too long to receive your order.

Manovella are currently an online only business and we do not have our own showroom. However, if you would like to see our products in person you can find details of our displays/showrooms here.
